What coaching is — and isn't

Feral Self provides life and mindset coaching. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or a crisis line.

Sessions and scheduling

Sessions are scheduled through Cal.com. A 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited.

Payment and refunds

Packages (Core and Deep Work) are paid upfront and are non-refundable. Individual Clarity Sessions are non-refundable once the session has occurred. If you have a billing concern, reach out directly — most things can be worked out.

Confidentiality

What you share in coaching sessions stays between us. Johann will not disclose your identity or the content of your sessions to anyone without your explicit consent, except where required by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm).

Your responsibility

Coaching works when you show up honestly and do the work between sessions. Results depend on your engagement. Johann will challenge you, but can't do it for you.
