What this site collects

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, and general location (city/region level). No personally identifiable information is collected through the site itself.

When you send an email via the contact link, your email address and message are received directly by Johann at Feral Self. That information is used only to respond to your inquiry.

When you book a session through Cal.com, their privacy policy governs the data collected during booking. Feral Self receives your name, email, and session details.

How it's used

Contact and booking information is used solely to manage your coaching relationship — scheduling, communication, and session notes. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing without your consent.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors. These are analytics-only and contain no personal information. You can opt out via your browser settings or a Google Analytics opt-out extension.

Data retention

Session notes and client communications are retained for as long as the coaching relationship is active, and for a reasonable period after. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing johann@feralself.com.
